The Adolescent Almanac
Copyright 2019

A combination publication of journal, reflection, and planner pages with interesting questions, writing prompts, life hacks, self-rated inventories, customizable calendars, and other content.

Using the popular “disc-bound” binding system makes it easy to rearrange pages and customize as desired.
Half-letter size pages (5.5″x8.5″) makes it quite functional -small enough to carry, but large enough for practical use.

Our director / founder, affectionately known as Ms. T, has twenty years of experience working with children, adolescents, families, and adults providing therapeutic support and services.

Tashima Thomas, LCSW-C is a Board Certified Supervisor in the state of Maryland. She has also held licensure in California, New York, and Virginia.

Ms. T is passionate about all things mental health, with a quirky sense of humor and a compassionate heart, she is driven to:

2. dispel the negative stigma often associated with mental health.
3. train the next generation of mental health providers.
