We are always looking for competent & creative therapist to join our team.
A contract position is the perfect way to build your caseload and set your own hours.
Ideal candidate:
- Must have experience providing behavioral therapy.
- Must have strong documentation skills
- Must be motivated to develop therapeutic skills
Credentials:
- LCSW candidate desired.
- LMSW candidates will be considered and are encouraged to apply.
- Individual supervision with an experienced Board Certified Supervisor will be provided (at no extra cost).
Agency orientation, HIPAA training, and credentialing must be completed prior to start date.
Rate of reimbursement is based on percentage rather than a set hourly rate. We provide annual percentage increases and other benefits.

Liaison Coordinator

Liaison Coordinators maintain the responsibility of facilitating, developing, and coordinating events, programs, groups, and other resources specifically targeting Adolaize families, as well as those within our surrounding community.
Great mid-level position for a masters level graduate interested in working in the behavioral health field in a creative capacity.
Ideal candidate:
- Must have a strong interest in working with families.
- Must have strong documentation skills.
- Must have experience in coordination and planning.
- Must work well with teams.
- Must be organized.
Credentials:
- Must have a Masters degree (social work or related field preferred but not required)
- LMSW candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Individual supervision with an experienced Board Certified Supervisor will be provided (at no cost).
Compensation: Contractual position starting at $30/hr

Adolescent Liaison

Adolescent Liaisons provide supportive services to teens and tweens. Liaisons assist with facilitating and developing groups, events, programs, and other resources specifically targeting Baltimore city youth (age 10-21).
Great entry level position for a recent graduate or someone interested in working in the behavioral health field.
Ideal candidate:
- Must have a strong interest in working with teenagers.
- Must have strong documentation skills
- Must be organized.
- Must be motivated to develop professional skills
Credentials:
- Must have a Bachelors degree (social work or related field preferred but not required)
- LMSW candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Individual supervision with an experienced Board Certified Supervisor will be provided (at no cost).
Compensation: Contractual position starting at $25/hr
